This 16" x 20" pastel painting was inspired by what Rroary the Medicine Hat Tigers mascot meant to Medicine Hat. A crowd pleaser to a "T". I guess it means more to a person if you knew the awesome person inside the costume. Unfortunate Chad was involved in horrible accident not long after this painting was created. The accident paralyzed him from the waist down. This picture was taken during an intermission while I was standing in the Samboni area I looked up and this kid had put his hand out between the gate and arena glass. Just as Rroary was walking by.
The painting was raffled off and proceeds went to the Medicine Hat Tigers Education Foundation.
